Online Payment Security
All online stores operated by Shock Entertainment use the secure online payment gateway services of Secure Pay. To view Secure Pay’s security standards please visit the Secure Pay website.

Delivery Time Frames:
Australian domestic orders are shipped by standard post. Expect 1-7 business days for delivery.

International orders are shipped by Registered International Post. Expect 5-15 business days for delivery.

Returns Policy

Faulty Items
If you receive any product that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team at orders@ofa.com.au, within 14 working days of receiving the goods. Please include details as to the problem with your product and your order number.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods will be replaced.

Other Circumstances
Refunds will not be offered in the following instances:
• where you’ve had a change of mind regarding the product ordered and the product has already been despatched
• where the products have been damaged due to incorrect or unintended use once they have been received

Order Cancellations
Transactions can be cancelled by prior to despatch by emailing orders@ofa.com.au and including all order details including the name of the product, catalogue number (where available), date of the order and the customer’s name.
