Shock Entertainment, the biggest independent CD & DVD Distributor in the Australian market, requires the services of an experienced sales professional – we are looking for a GUN!!

Working in our Melbourne office, you will be primarily responsible for an outbound sales territory of retail clients that you will service as part of your sales call cycle.

Shock Entertainment has a large and diverse retail base that it sells CD and DVD titles into, and it will be your task to ensure these clients are being serviced consistently, thoroughly and professionally.

You will be working to a monthly sales budget with specific KPI’s in place.

Although this will be your primary function, there will also be a degree of dealing with incoming calls, which will be a combination of retail orders and customer service. You will be expected to ensure that all customer interaction is dealt with at the highest professional level.

To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following attributes:

o    Experience in telephone sales and the knowledge of how to present products to retail
o    A real passion for the sales process
o    A persistent, ‘never give up’ attitude
o    The ability to build rapport and develop relationships over the telephone
o    Results and target driven
o    Excellent computer skills
o    High level of initiative

o    Enthusiastic approach and strong team focus
