What: Full time creative marketing role with a focus on online and advertising
Where: You’ll work from Shock’s office in Kew in Melbourne’s inner east
Who: We’re looking for the right person. He or she might be an experienced marketer who ticks all the boxes, or a junior level marketer. The role will be adapted accordingly so show us what you’ve got!
When: To start mid-August or earlier

Here’s a bit of Frenzal Rhomb to get the juices flowing

On any given day you might be responsible for blogging and creating killer content, working on marketing campaigns, booking ads, creating communication strategies or working with graphic designers and web developers to create ads and online stores.

You’ll be reporting to Scot Crawford (General Manager of Marketing and Media and guardian of the Redbull fridge).

Some of the super powers required are:

- An understanding of traditional and online marketing and highly evolved computer literacy.
- Experience with WordPress, Excel, Powerpoint, Pages, Twitter, Hootsuite, Soundcloud, Facebook, Facebook plug ins, eBay, FMS systems, Wikipedia, Linkedin, iTunes, Paypal and Google Analytics, Google Trends, Shopping, Adwords, Google webmaster tools, Insight for search… you get the picture.
- An understanding of data feeds (mostly xml). Experience with Microsoft AX a bonus.
- You must be a savvy writer of copy. Especially online copy positioned for S.E.O.
- You must have experience with advertising creative, and the drive to run and oversee start up projects.
- You will want to work across both music and film product.
- You will be capable of constructing documents and media to aid the sales and labels teams with B2B and B2C communications.
- You have experience developing and maintaining e-commerce sites. You know how to sell online.
- You will thrive within a creative environment surrounded by a local team of two graphic designers, a national radio plugger and marketing assistant, as well as two publicists.

Your qualifications:

Degrees in marketing & online communications will be valued when considering this role, but not essential. As will experience within the Entertainment industry.
